Young ICIMOD Professionals Programme (YIPP) 2025/26
The Young ICIMOD Professionals Programme (YIPP) is a prestigious, fully funded 12–18 month fellowship hosted by ICIMOD for dynamic individuals from its Regional Member Countries. Designed to foster leadership, innovation, and research skills, YIPP fellows will contribute to areas such as climate change, livelihoods, biodiversity, and policy development. The fellowship offers real-world experience through assignments in one of ICIMOD’s Action Areas or Units. Applicants must have a Master’s degree, strong analytical skills, and preferably 2–3 years of experience. The program also promotes diversity and inclusion, with special encouragement for women and underrepresented communities.
