Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients

• Act as a primary point of contact for client communication

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

• Maintain client records, documentation, and basic reports

• Support client onboarding, feedback, and contract renewal processes

• Assist in identifying new client opportunities and preparing proposals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
