Vacancy- Client Relations Associate

An opportunity is open for a Client Relations Associate with a sustainability and waste management focused organization in Nepal.

The position serves as a key coordination point between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth service delivery, accurate documentation, and high client satisfaction. Responsibilities include client communication, record management, onboarding support, and assistance with contract renewals and service proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients

• Act as a primary point of contact for client communication

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

• Maintain client records, documentation, and basic reports

• Support client onboarding, feedback, and contract renewal processes

• Assist in identifying new client opportunities and preparing proposals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum one year of client-facing experience (freshers may apply)

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
