• ToR 1: Support the Education Sector in Nepal to Access Climate Finance

• ToR 2: Development of Safer and Greener Infrastructure Package

• ToR 3: Assessment and Development of a Guiding Framework/Matrix for Cross-Sectoral and Internal Coordination
