The Safeguarding Specialist plays a key role in ensuring safe, equitable, and accountable practices across the organisation.

Eligibility-

• Master’s degree in social sciences, environmental studies or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in safeguarding

• Certification and proven experience in safeguarding investigations

• Strong skills in gender/social analysis, policy writing & incident management

• Experience in international development settings

• Ability to manage sensitive information and deliver training

Benefits-
