National

✨ The wait is finally over! ✨Local Water Sources, Local Voices: a youth-led community campaign is now live!

Ms. Dipika Khadka, a member of Nepal Climate Hub, is currently leading a youth-led, data-driven campaign titled “Local Water Sources, Local Voices.” The campaign was selected under the Waves Fellowship Programme, organized by UNIFY Nepal in collaboration with the Nepal Water Conservation Foundation (NWCF).

Along with her four team members, she has launched a Facebook page named “Youth Water Mappers” to share campaign updates, field activities, and ongoing progress.

The campaign focuses on mapping and documenting groundwater sources to support evidence-based water resource management, with a specific implementation focus on Ward No. 19, Rampur, Chitwan. Registration is currently open for youth from Rampur, Chitwan, offering a valuable opportunity to connect with like-minded peers, gain hands-on technical training, and actively contribute to field-based data generation.
