The Asian Development Bank–Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) is now open for August 2026 intake.
Who can apply?
Citizens of ADB borrowing member countries
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience
English proficiency (IELTS / TOEFL / AIT EET)
Under 35 years (up to 45 for senior officials)
Preference for women and applicants with limited financial capacity
