Who can apply?

• Citizens of ADB borrowing member countries

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record

• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience

• English proficiency (IELTS / TOEFL / AIT EET)

• Under 35 years (up to 45 for senior officials)

• Preference for women and applicants with limited financial capacity
