Nepal is drowning in unmanaged plastic waste, polluted rivers, and fading livelihoods while young people continue to leave, believing change is impossible. CREASION, after two decades of evolving into a leading force for circular economy solutions, operates Nepal’s largest accountable plastic supply chain and collaborates with governments, recyclers, international partners, and thousands of informal waste workers. This is not a job but a pact to push through resistance, redesign habits, and mobilize youth for real behavior change by staying in Nepal

Eligibility criteria:

• Have 1+ year of real, hands-on experience (not just talks of changes)

• Can write strong proposals that secure funding

• Can coordinate youth campaigns that actually move people

• Have led project implementation through real-world challenges

• Carry integrity that cannot be bent or bought

• Are committed to staying in Nepal, not seeking an exit

• Understand circular economy as a life-or-death reality, not a trend
