The ICON Fellowship 2025–2027, supported by Mountains to Mangroves, is a transformative 16-month program designed to empower the next generation of climate and environmental leaders from the Eastern Himalayas. This fully funded fellowship invites passionate youth to engage in real-world conservation, community-based sustainability initiatives, and efforts to build ecological resilience across this vital landscape. Fellows will collaborate directly with local communities to implement grassroots climate solutions and ecosystem restoration.
