The National Youth Conference on Climate Change (NYCCC) is the flagship event organized by Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA), the largest youth-led network of Nepal established in 2008 A.D. to amplify the voices of young people across Nepal in the fight against climate change. The 9th NYCCC was held in Kathmandu from July 26-28, 2024.

This conference featured interactive sessions with experts, workshops on climate solutions and policies, and opportunities for networking and cultural exchange, culminating in the creation of a youth declaration paper.

“Empowering Youth for Climate Justice: Advocacy, Action, and Transformation” was the theme of the 9th NYCCC.
