Dikshya Subedi is a dynamic socio-environmental climate advocate dedicated to the social and environmental sectors in Nepal since 2018.

As the Founder and Chairperson of Youth Action for Sustainable and Eco Nepal (YASEN), she empowers the younger generation to combat climate change. An active member of YOUNGO, the official children and youth constituency of the UNFCCC, and the Contact Person for the NDCs Working Group in YOUNGO, Dikshya has collaborated with diverse youth worldwide to ensure their meaningful participation in decision-making processes. She has been advocating for different women's groups from marginalized and vulnerable communities as an Ambassador of SHE CHANGES CLIMATE.

She led LCOY Nepal in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and currently serves as the Focal Point for LCOY Nepal 2024, engaging youth in climate change forums, including COY and COP. Dikshya initiated the EWASS (Eco Waste Smart School), a climate education initiative that has empowered over 1,000 youths and children to take action on climate change mitigation and adaptation. She has been raising her voice as a Youth Stakeholder and conducting different programs connecting with local and governmental bodies. She has been following her egalitarian principles to be a part of change in society.
